Formed in 2023 by the acquisition of 50 care homes from Caring Homes by Santerre Health Investors, Aria Care has been one of our longest standing contact centre partners.

Aria operates a diverse range of care services across England and Scotland; many of their homes are purpose built, while others are historical building which have been converted to elderly care facilities.

Aria operates a centralised enquiry management model with Regional Sales Support Managers (RSSMs), each responsible for a number of homes.

TrustedCare provides a standardised approach to enquiry management, ensuring that care seekers are able to contact the homes 7 days a week by phone, email or website live chat.

Once an enquiry has been captured, the team at the home and the RSSM are notified, the enquiry is then loaded to the CRM system and the journey begins.

TrustedCare works alongside the RSSMs to follow up on enquiries, book appointments to view the homes, and provide post visit follow up calls. This collaborative approach distributes the work load, ensuring all opportunities are fully followed up, while providing capacity to the RSSM to spend time with visitors and in their local communities.
