Bristol Care Homes opened their first care home in 1996 and since then has gone on to become the leading provide of care services in the local area.

With a high level of occupancy and outstanding CQC ratings, the group is known for its innovative approaches to care and the delivery of day to day operations.

Historically, new care enquiries were captured and handled by the homes. Following the introduction of a new CRM system in 2024, it was identified that there was gaps in the information that was being captured about new care enquiries and opportunities to automate workflows for the homes.

Bristol Care Home partnered with TrustedCare to provide a standardised approach to enquiry capture which has led the operator to automate many of the admissions processes, while providing the management team with a greater level of insight into their marketing efforts.
