Laying claim to be one of the oldest care provides in England, Elizabeth Finn can trace its unique history back to 1879, however their first residential care home was opened in 1948 following the end of the Second World War.

Today the organisation is proud to be a not-for-profit company, working to provide the highest standards of care across their portfolio of eight homes offering residential, nursing and dementia care support.

Elizabeth Finn partnered with TrustedCare Pro to originally provide out of hour, evenings and weekend call handling and enquiry capture, however following a successful 3 month pilot the contact centre has now been deployed to provide 7 day a week cover to the homes.

Acting as the first point of contact for the homes, TrustedCare provides enquiry capture, appointment booking and full lead management, working alongside the homes to support the care seeker in the journey.
