Hamberley operates a centralised enquiry capture model with Customer Relationship Managers (CRM) operating at each of the homes.

TrustedCare provides first line enquiry management, capturing enquiries for the homes 7 days a week via call, email and website live chat. Once an enquiry is capture, the detail of the care seeker, potential resident and any appointments that have been made, are sent to the CRM.
