The UK's largest home care provider, Home Instead provides domiciliary (home care) services to elderly individuals through its franchise network throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Home Instead has an established brand and a proven model for growing their local offices, however in 2019 Home Instead launched a TV advertising campaign focused on individuals who might be at the start of their journey into needing support.

The campaign was running in the evenings and at weekend when many offices administrative staff would not be available to take a new enquiry. TrustedCare was on hand to provide out of hours telephone support.

Since then Home Instead has re-branded and launch a new national website, TrustedCare now provides centralised call handling for the website and ongoing national media campaign.

Our job is to provide customer service support to those seeking home care support, capturing the full details of the care seeker and getting their enquiry to the correct local office.
